My experience at Chris nickel was very welcoming. I was helped in the service area by Abel. He was very knowledgeable very friendly and made me very comfortable with leaving my car and knowing that i I was helped in the service area by Abel. The actual service is so was very speedy and I am satisfied with everything that was done and he made sure that when I drove off, I was safe and ready to go! This dealership is full of thieves. The service department (The only place my jeep has been serviced since I bought it) has STOLEN the wheel lock of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and has refuse The service department (The only place my jeep has been serviced since I bought it) has STOLEN the wheel lock of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and has refused to return it. Even after acknowledgment of having it. Since then all of my emails and my phone calls have gone unanswered and ignored for the last 2 months. More

They are unethical and shady and apparently hurting for money so bad they resort to stealing from people. They will do $2000 worth of work without calling to authorize any of it and then strong arm you whe money so bad they resort to stealing from people. They will do $2000 worth of work without calling to authorize any of it and then strong arm you when you pick up by holding your vehicle hostage so you pay out of fear. Paid for a rental for a month and was told by Abel that if it had been "customer pay" the repair would have been completed in a week ??? It ended up being majority customer pay without any authorization whatsoever so he just admitted that they caused the rental bill to go up by $1000 too. That is dishonest, shady , horrible business practice and bad customer service. They also refuse to do factory safety RECALLS on vehicles older than a certain year because they don't want to be "married to the vehicle" . According to the manufacturer, recalls can be performed at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer but they turn people away if it is not worth their time or they think they cant get money out of you I suppose. Just because it is legal , doesnt mean it is ethical and I am pretty sure some of what they do it isnt even legal. I have heard so many bad things about this place and now I know why. More

Best dealership experience ever (Sales Dep and Service Dept) If you're considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, please visit Chris Nikel! You will not be disappointed with their service before, during, or after the sale! PRE-OWNED SALES: Dean Nixon in Sales was friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain some of the finer (and fun!) features of the vehicle I was interested in (a Header Orange 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus). Most importantly he patiently explained to me the purchasing process at Chris Nikel, from their No-Hassle pricing (there really are no fees, and the NADA value of the car was spot-on for the asking price) to applying for financing and what to expect in the Finance Office. Aaron McManus, my finance manager, was fantastic. He also patiently answered my questions regarding warranties (I got an excellent comprehensive 5yr plan, covering 5000 components) as well getting me financed at a significantly lower rate than what my personal bank offered! From the time I arrived at Chris Nikel to the time I drove my Challenger off the lot, only 3 hours passed- and it was far from the dreaded experience I had anticipated! Everyone I encountered there was friendly and welcoming- I was even introduced to several of the Service Department associates while I waited for my car to be brought around (freshly washed and with a full tank of gas, no less!)! SERVICE DEPT: Ten days after I bought my car, my battery abruptly died! (I learned from a number of sources that sometimes intense heat like we've had this summer in Tulsa can kill batteries like that; several jumps would get it started, but as soon as the engine was turned off it would require another jump to get started again- just couldn't hold a charge!) Abel Flores in the Service Department was able to get my car checked out and a new battery installed that day, and all at no charge! I had fully intended to pay for the battery with the understanding that "wear parts" weren't covered under my warranty, but I was extremely grateful that Chris Nikel took care of it when they were under no obligation to do so! Abel and all the guys in the Service Department were very kind and helpful, and pretty darn happy for it being 7:00am! I've also spoken with Corey Hinson in Parts and Accessories, arranging to get a back up camera installed in my Challenger next week. He's provided rough estimates on two possible options- I'm looking forward to "seeing" which one is going to work! (A challenge of driving a Challenger, I've discovered, are the small rear and side windows- as well as that long hood!) I know this review is long-winded, but I hope you hung in there! When I started shopping around for a pre-owned Challenger, several good friends highly recommended Chris Nikel (they had bought their cars there and remarked on positive experiences with all the departments). I'm glad I checked them out- and I love my car! More

Poor customer service!! Take your vehicle to get serviced ANYWHERE but here. If you want it done right and on time, go to a different mopar dealer. Techs left bolts loose and ripped the liner to “gain better access”. the service manager Abel did nothing, wouldn’t reimburse for the pieces that had to be replaced. Needed to be on the road by 5, they said that was not an issue. I could easily have waited til the next day to allow more time. I didn’t receive the keys til 5:15 And missed class due to the underpromise and broken trust that Nate lead me to believe. More
