Randy was exactly what I needed, He was kind, honest, clear and very knowledgeable. He treated me like I was his mother and took the time and made sure I understood everything.. Most days, service people are the only people some of us seniors see besides doctors and to be treated with respect and kindness is what I grown accustom to at Surburban of Troy. I went in to just compare with a car I had just tagged . I was only going to review a car that I had tagged when I got helped by Abe Saad. He was great at explaining what I had chosen and came up with an eve I was only going to review a car that I had tagged when I got helped by Abe Saad. He was great at explaining what I had chosen and came up with an even better fit. I have bought 4 Cadillacs in the last 10years from LaFontaine but have been dissatisfied with them the last couple of times for service. I am thankful for the service I have gotten here. More

Very friendly and honest I leased a new Cadillac. I got very comptetive price, good service and timely delivery. Abe took me for a ride and explained the features so I had on I leased a new Cadillac.
