Abdul was such a pleasure to work with. Abdul Sultonov was AMAZING to work with. I knew in an instant that he is someone I could trust to do business with. He is a wonderful sales rep, low pressure and very courteous. Tried buying a vehicle from them and the price "accidentally" changed because of a miscommunication from Adul Sultonov the sales person and Eric Knudsen the Sales Manager. No problem I'm okay with "accidentally" changed because of a miscommunication from Adul Sultonov the sales person and Eric Knudsen the Sales Manager. No problem I'm okay with it. Had already put down a $7500 deposit on my credit card and was told it would be credited back to my account immediately. It's been 4 business days and although the charge has posted the credit has yet to come through. Went to the dealership to see what happened and was asked to wait an hour to fix the issue because the person I worked with before was busy with a customer. (Now that I'm not buying anything I'm not important obviously.) Let them know this was unacceptable and wanted it taken care of now. Another gentleman game out and said it was taken care of already. Told him my credit card company said it wasn't and no credit was issued. He then said the paper shows it was. (The paper is a printed word document.) Abel came out smiling and thinking I was there to give an extra $1500 and purchase the vehicle. Not the case.... The person I was passed off to said he was a business manager said he couldn't do anything until Monday because nobody is in the office. (Funny because the other person who was busy with a customer seemed ready to help me in an hour.) I know my credit card company will eventually get it figured out but I won't ever buy anything Superior Honda. They really play that customer service angle on the TV commercials but in actuality they gave the wrong price and wouldn't honor it and told me to go wait an hour to fix an issue they caused and never took care of. It will be interesting on Monday to see if anyone actually calls. I'm guessing they won't. Citibank told me to dispute the charge and they would handle it immediately. More
