They lied to us from start to finish. We live 2 hours from the dealership. We negotiated the price of the vehicle via email. Abdel, our salesman assured me that he would not waste our time making us drive 2 hours just to provide us with a low-ball trade in offer. We also had an KBB instant cash offer from Autobarn and a KBB trade in value, as Autobarn told us that it works with KBB for the trade in value. We thought that the process would be quick, as we went to a used car dealership, and it was able to provide an appraisal on both of our vehicles in about 1/2 hour. However, we sat countless hours (we sat there through lunch, and could not leave as Autobarn had all our keys) at Autobarn before it was able to provide a trade in value. The trade in value Autobarn proposed was $3,916 less than the KBB trade in value. I would consider that a low-ball offer, especially after the use car dealership we visit said the KBB trade in offer was fair. Abdel told us that he could not honor Autobarn's own KBB instant cash offer, as Autobarn would not be able to sell the car for anywhere near its retail price. Autobarn currently has my car listed for $3,513 higher than its cash offer that it would not honor. More

Eddie is completely incompetent and rude. He does not know how to speak to people, or uphold the Subaru brand. He speaks to costumers as though he does not value their business, or concerns. I was concerned for my safety driving my brand new car bought from thus dealership less than 2 months ago. Eddie smirked at me, laughing and let me know my concerns were not his problem. As I continued to express my concerns Eddie walked away from me, leaving me scared, and mad. For a company who puts such an emphasis on safety, I would think they would hire employees who uphold those same values. I would absolutely not recommend to work with him, or use this dealership in general with the way he treated me. More
