The dealership is great, but the service center has been disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. I find t disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. I find this unexceptable. This time they didn't even look at my broken gas lid spring like I had ask them to. I used to change the oil and grease the zerks myself and I don't believe it ever took me over 35 minutes. I dread going back! More

Scott belittled me on the phone. They had my jeep for 7 days and then proceeded to tell me us they did not find anything wrong with the car. Upon driving the car home the issue that They had my jeep for 7 days and then proceeded to tell me us they did not find anything wrong with the car. Upon driving the car home the issue that they “could not find” happened yet again. I will NEVER do business with this group ever again! I also have told my family friends and coworkers to never do business there! More

My truck needed some work and Lakeside took care of me, including giving me a brand new car as a loaner while my truck was down. My extended warranty took care of everything but a $50 deductible.
