The dealership is great, but the service center has been disappointing the last few visits. The last two times i have been there for a simple oil change it's taken approximately 2 hours each time. This time they didn't even look at my broken gas lid spring like I had ask them to. I used to change the oil and grease the zerks myself and I don't believe it ever took me over 35 minutes. I dread going back! More

Scott belittled me on the phone. They had my jeep for 7 days and then proceeded to tell me us they did not find anything wrong with the car.
