Abby the service desk lady just wanted me to give her money without explaining what was wrong with my car. My car hasn't ran the same since I brought it in the first time for a new transmission. Very poor service. Did an engine check, got my car back with oil sprayed all on my windows and windshield. They should have not been spraying anything in my car when ev Did an engine check, got my car back with oil sprayed all on my windows and windshield. They should have not been spraying anything in my car when everything they needed was under the hood. Also it stunk so bad in my car when i got it back and very upset since i took my time the night before to detail and clean my car for them. Next had to bring my car back in to get it fixed and the lady said i had 100$ deductible. 1. warranty covers everything as in parts, labor, deductible and service fees, why am i paying 100$ deductible? Read through the paperwork and the front cover says 0.00 deductible on the receipt but underneath they wrote in PEN CP: $100. I am NOT paying something that is being wrote in pen. This place is VERY unprofessional and its the saddest thing i have ever witnessed just to get more money for themselves. Anyways, i still am going through the paperwork and the lady is trying to still get me to pay 100 when im still reading and what do i come across, the last page it says $50 deductible with the original grand total. I showed the lady and she crossed out the 100 that she wrote in pen and put $50. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! They are out here scamming people when there should be $0 deductible when people paid thousands of dollars for the warranty which covers everything. Will not be going back ever again to that place and i recommend no one else goes either unless u want ur car trashed when u pick it up and have them scam u for more money. More

Very awesome service department! Had a check engine light come on, dropped it off without an appointment, and they had it ready the next day with a new thermostat installed.
