I’m new to any type hybrid car like our 2023 330e we purchased, I’m challenged by the newest technology that BMW is famous for. Whether a call or personal visit to help guide my wife and I through our new technology options, we always receive assistance that totally informs and eliminates any questions.
Recently we had our one year oil change and service inspection. Recieving a video from the service technician showing the inspection, and narrating the findings, was impressive and a first for me. Our 330e has been the best car we have ever owned which includes comfort, road handling and performance, not to mention averaging over 55MPG since we received the car new.
When I replace our current BMW, my wife and I will purchase another BMW hybrid from BMW of Salem.
