For many people car salespersons fall into the same category as lawyers and those from other despised professions. They were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and easy to talk with--so much so that I decided to do business there as opposed to dealerships that were 3 to 15 miles closer. So if you are shopping via the Internet, I would recommend speaking with Aaron White and Shana Miller in the Internet Sales Department. You will not be disappointed. I was in the market for a new car. I had a 1999 Chevy Prism and it was time for an upgrade. I did a little research online prior to setting up an appointment to look at a car and test drive. Baker, and I spoke prior to my appointment, about my specific needs and my anxiety, as this was my first car purchase. I was then linked up with Jared Hale, who would assist me in my car hunt. Jared was amazing! He really took time to listen to my specific wants and needs. I was able to test drive several vehicles, and when I had a question, he answered honestly. Aaron White, who also assisting me in the financial aspect, was much more than helpful. He explained everything in a clear manner, was very understanding, and honest as well. I purschased a 2013 Cruze, and I can whole-heartedly say, that I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING about my vehicle!!! I feel safe, and comfortable, and my payments are affordable! They did such a wonderful job meeting my needs and the customer service was incredible. The peace of mind that I have now, is priceless! I worked with Jared and Aaron on finding the new car I wanted. Even though the car we found was not on their lot, they had it for me the next day. When I arrived the car was spotless, paperwork was almost wanted. Even though the car we found was not on their lot, they had it for me the next day. When I arrived the car was spotless, paperwork was almost complete a head of time, and when going over the car features, Jared was extremely knowledgeable of all of them and took his time explaining everyone of them. No rushing !!!! Even though I've purchased other cars from Jake Sweeney in the past, these guys made this the best purchasing experience yet. I will continue to go here for cars and, as always, continue to use their Service Dept., which I feel is the best in the area. More
