I couldn't believe the deep discounts offered on well equipped Challengers on their website so I made sure I had everything printed expecting a fight and the usual "Sorry, you don't qualify for those rebates or special pricing." line. To my surprise, the pricing was exactly as advertised and there was no pressure at all. Aaron was waiting for me when I arrived and the cars I wanted to see were lined up. I paid several thousands less for a fully equipped R/T+ than the two dealers offered me in St. Petersburg and the 4 dealerships I contacted from Daytona Beach to Orlando to West Palm. I left completely satisfied that I got a great deal on a better equipped car than I ever hoped for. The icing on the cake is I have a powertrain warranty for life included for no extra charge. My wife and I visited a couple of other dealerships prior to Jim Browne Citrus and were less than pleased with the negotiation games, going back and forth to the Finance Manager and low ball offers for our trades. We told Aaron what we were looking for and gave him the information on our trades and his initial offer was exactly what we had in mind. No negotiating required! Duncan Marquis, the Finance Manager, was just as amazing. One of the nicest, down to earth guys you will ever meet. There was absolutely to pressure to try to up-sell us on anything. The options for the vans are time consuming, and at times frustrating, to go through and decide what you want and need and what you do not want and do not need...quite a learning experience! Aaron Skinner, sales consultant, went above and beyond finding the exact van we wanted and took our budget into consideration. We are more than well pleased with the attention given us. But they cleaned it up.they replaced a couple tires and didn't bother to put tire shine on like the front tires.So detail dept gets a c-.Everyone else was great.The car is fun to drive.... More
