Very simple and smooth process. Aaron did great and was easy to work with. Buying from out of state, we had everything signed and done before showing up. I don’t know exactly how many dealerships I’ve been to over the years… because who keeps track of that kind of thing? Probably psychopaths. So, you’ll just have to trust me when I say it’s a big number. That being said, Carter Chevrolet was the best experience ever. This was the most laid back, easy to work with, personable bunch of people there could ever be. They even managed to get a laugh out of my grumptacular, sleep-deprived husband whom I had dragged along with me after a long night of work. Now, that’s some skill. Also, there’s chicken. Go see these guys! Seriously. Do it. More

It was such a great experience doing business with Carter Chevrolet! My car broke down while I was traveling and had pulled into the dealership and I was immediately greeted, they got my car in to look at it and see what the issue was. While waiting I had several people wh into the dealership and I was immediately greeted, they got my car in to look at it and see what the issue was. While waiting I had several people who would check on me and ask if I needed anything. I was also entertained by the sports animal as he was in there doing his radio show. After realizing it probably wasn’t worth fixing my car I began car shopping. Aaron was the salesman that was helping me (he was great BTW). I found a vehicle I liked but wasn’t crazy about the color, so Aaron went on the hunt for me and found me exactly what I was looking for. He has always answered my crazy calls and texts I had while in this process. I did complete my purchase of the new vehicle and this would not have been possible without the help of him. I am extremely happy with my car and felt right at home while in the process. From the lady at the front desk, the lady in the service dept, and to all the salesmen in the dealership they are top notch. I will definitely recommend Carter Chevrolet to all of my friends so they can experience the same quality of customer service as I did. I look forward to working with them in the future. More
