Fixed speed sensor I originally brought the car in to have repaired. .But when I got my car back all the readings from the TPMS had no pressure. I found this out when I went to replace the front left sen have repaired. .But when I got my car back all the readings from the TPMS had no pressure. I found this out when I went to replace the front left sensor that was bad and was told the shop I took it to said they couldn't do anything with no readings. More

I was told about one cost and it was double that I am not sure that they were honest about the repair I have a dealer 10 year 150 thousand mile drive train warranty and I feel if it is ever needed they will sure that they were honest about the repair I have a dealer 10 year 150 thousand mile drive train warranty and I feel if it is ever needed they will find a way to get out of it. My family and I have purchased 6 cars from them and I am not sure I will be doing that anymore I have not had any contact with them, and I don't need anything from them. Took my car in for an estimate for rear window motor replacement—window was down and wouldn’t go up. Was told I had to have diagnostic test. When they called with estimate was told it would be $800–told replacement—window was down and wouldn’t go up. Was told I had to have diagnostic test. When they called with estimate was told it would be $800–told them NO couldn’t afford it. When I came to pick up my car I paid the 124.00 and didn’t check rear seat and window till I got home. They left the WHOLE DOOR PANEL AND PARTS SCATTERED ON SEAT AND FLOORBOARD—COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED!! When I returned to dealership the sales manager looked at the disassembled parts and said “oh, wow”!! Said I should talk to Service Manager, and I said “he’s the one who left it that way!!” I asked for a refund of 124.00 and was told No. I had to take my car to another auto repair, charging me only 525.00–300.00 less than Chevrolet!! I told them they should be ashamed and that I was going to owner. with my complaint—to which mgr said, “OK”. I have my receipts AND PICTURES OF THE END RESULTS OF your business’ damage!! The LEAST you could have done was refund my 124.00 for the unbelievable damage left in my back door and seat!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING!! SHAME ON CHEVROLET!!! More
