Aaron helped me to go over payment processes and he is very skillful and understands my needs very well. They both made me feel happy to talk to and made the deal without high pressure. For that, I feel the Sharp Honda is a friendly place, regardless you buy car or not. More

Tom did a very good job at giving us all the details and being patient with us while we did our test drives. Today's been working there for over 30 years and it really shows. He's very tentative and was acc being patient with us while we did our test drives. Today's been working there for over 30 years and it really shows. He's very tentative and was accommodating to us. Overall the whole process went very smooth and gave a great feeling overall over another dealership that me and my wife went to. As of right now pending there's no hidden accidents like another dealership doing an inspection on a vehicle that we got and then 3 months later have to replace the transmission because their technicians found metal. I would highly recommend the steelership and Tom was fantastic. More

I just know I didn’t get my oil changed one time when I took my car here for an oil change and to have my stereo looked at/reset so that it would hopefully work properly . I made a complaint about it and w took my car here for an oil change and to have my stereo looked at/reset so that it would hopefully work properly . I made a complaint about it and was assured it was changed and seen on camera. Oil doesn’t go from a clear amber color to a dark brown driving down the street. So I think they just forgot to change my oil because the meter was also not reset.(so I reset it myself after Robbie assured me that he believed it was changed and saw it on camera(which could of just been them resetting my battery for the stereo). When I went to change my air filter a couple weeks ago, I checked my oil (the indicator was at 60%) and My oil was already a little low on the dipstick and I don’t drive spirited enough for the turbo to be using that much oil. So I got an oil change at Valvoline last time. Honestly I love Honda. I just feel like if I come for one thing it’ll be fixed, but if I get multiple tasks done at a time it isn’t always done or something is forgotten. Not trying to xxxxx or anything like that just want to keep my car in good shape, and not have to use the warranty.(I can’t have my warranty voided because of a service department I stay on top of all my stuff and keep all my records. I will continue to bring my car to Honda for repairs just know that it hasn’t always been 100%. Really just want to regain my trust with Honda. I like coming to you guys I’m not mad at anyone and I know mistakes happen. But I’ve always changed my own oil and done work to my car before buying a brand new car. I Just don’t want to have to worry about stuff like this or worry about my cars health or if my warrnaties gonna be voided and it’s not my fault. I get sometimes stuff like this happens. I commute to work so my car super built into my lifestyle. Thanks for listening. And I will be coming into get my car serviced by you guys just need to regain a little trust back Before i recommend others. More

Zach and Aaron were friendly, courteous and professional. They helped us through the process and Zach introduced us to the CRV-Hybrid which is Tech-heavy and a completely different kind of automobile in many They helped us through the process and Zach introduced us to the CRV-Hybrid which is Tech-heavy and a completely different kind of automobile in many ways compared to our 2015 Pilot. He was helpful and patient. Answered our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. We are repeat customers with Sharp Honda and we felt like we were treated and valued that way. They gave us a fair trade for our Pilot and we have no regrets on our New vehicle. Quite satisfied. More
