I had been dealing with the body shop because they have had my 2021 Escape with. In my time of need they did a great job to get me in a new Escape. I had been dealing with the body shop because they have had my 2021 Escape for over 6 months due to an accident that was not my fault. With the parts issue, beyond their control, I was kept informed regularly on the progress by Lynn. Lynn was very courteous, sympathetic and understanding of my situation. After 6 months and still no car, I just wanted a new one and Kathy Jo and Key Ford came through for me. Kathy Jo contacted me very promptly and had me in a new car within a week. It was a pleasure to have her as a Sales Person. She came in on her day off to deliver the Escape because that was the only day I had free to pick it up. I love my New 2022 Ford Escape SEL.
