What stood out most was Tony’s transparency and follow-through. He provided an upfront, fair price, broke down the numbers line by line, and kept me updated at every step. The test drive was easy to arrange, the paperwork was organized, and the entire process was quicker than I expected. He even set up my phone with the car’s Bluetooth and showed me how to use the key features before I drove off. Thrilled with my experience dealing with Tony at Key Ford. This was a spur of the moment decision- I was in the area and stopped on a whim.
