Kathy-Jo Donahue, car salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I met her at the door, I knew this would be a good experience. Kathy-Jo and her sales manager, Tom Washington went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my trade-in and new purchase. Kathy-Jo messaged me on the day of pick up for a time to come in and sign papers they already prepared which made it a painless and time saving experience. As a mother of two young kids and working full-time, my time is everything. My new car was sitting out front, beautifully detailed and filled with gas. She even took the time after the sale to make sure I was able to hook up my phone to the Bluetooth system for ease of accessibility.
