Aaron Johnson was our salesman and we had a very good experience in the purchase of our 2025 Lexus NX. When we were dealing with the car Aaron’s manager came to close the deal, I specifically ask for a experience in the purchase of our 2025 Lexus NX. When we were dealing with the car Aaron’s manager came to close the deal, I specifically ask for and we agreed on all weather floor mats and the all weather cargo mat to be included in the deal. We came back on Oct 16th for delivery to find out we only got the floor mats and not the cargo mat. This was not Aaron’s fault but his manger. I should have received both floor and cargo mats. I spoke with Aaron about this, and he said he would speak to his manager to see what he could do, so I’m waiting to see if they want to do the right thing and have a happy customer. It’s a shame to have such a good buying experience only to be told at delivery that you won’t be getting what both parties agreed upon, while negotiating the car deal. Do the correct thing and make it right. More
