Most courteous staff! As a walk-in for an oil change I was given 1 1/2 Hr wait time. . Fair. I don’t think I waited that long In and out. No “add/ons.”. Price as quoted. Thanks Aaron! Repairs today! I had a nice attendant named Joel and everyone was very nice as always but this time upon a car inspection for a car alarm problem to my surprise the I had a nice attendant named Joel and everyone was very nice as always but this time upon a car inspection for a car alarm problem to my surprise the previous owner had installed one of his own so I have had two alarms . The bill was shy of $300.00 which I am not happy about . It was not my fault that it had two alarms no one made me aware of it. It was much too much to pay for something that was not my fault . I keep my Rava 4 up to date and u guys are the only ones I come to for reasonable repairs and labor I do not mind but I felt it was really unfair to charge so much when unknown to me a second alarm was in the car when I bought it. It was not satisfying to find out it ran at that amount to have it removed because if I did not have it removed the alarm system could go off any time.
