A very small service ( 50 Arrived early at 7:40 am. Vehicle was taken immediately and told it could take approximately 2 hours. 3 hours later I left. A very small service ( 5000 m or 6 months) turned to be major problem to complete. A loyal Toyota customer and Venice garage supporter for many years. The worst I experienced in all the years. Noticed that everyone in the waiting area were not happy having to wait exceptionally long. What’s the purpose to schedule an appointment just to hear how busy you are and I have to wait for hours.
