Stopped in for an estimate on some ruitine service with my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. When I a my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. When I asked about the service (what it included) I was told the same thing as my lexus dealer informed me when the alert came up on car for the oil change and "check-over". I was then told they could do it right then. Because of the convenience and professionalism of the service department I agreed. 30 minutes later it was done. Fast, friendly, professional. NOW THE BEST PART, the cost was $49.95 plus tax! Lexus said it was going to be close to $400!! Wow, even honesty from venice Toyota. Thank you very much and see you in 5 thousand miles! More

The service managers were confused about replacing my windshield. I had to call my insurance company three times and the windshield company twice to set it up. I would have expected them to be familiar w windshield. I had to call my insurance company three times and the windshield company twice to set it up. I would have expected them to be familiar with the procedure. They also tried to charge me for service covered in my maintenance contract with the excuse that they don’t know about it until I tell them. At other dealerships that information comes up automatically. More

Tire rotation. .asked they not mess with tire inflation. Of course…they did and now our four tires range from 30-36 psi!!!! This is so frustrating as this has happened every time we get tires rotated….so we will be going elsewhere for tire rotation. Service by Aaron was super but the message just didn’t get to the workers. More
