I go by Aaron Sr, I have been in car business for over 6 yrs now I speak 8 languages , Having had a privilege to open this store is a huge blessing - 4/15/21. I have had an opportunity to help so many local and out of state families to find cars for their dreams that suit their needs! I love cars but I love people . I imagine being the guy on the other side of seat/table, and that’s what makes me treat every customer like a family! I also love this organization Shottenkirk family automotive and what they stand for, That’s why I have been working at this particular location of prosper since the first day it opened to date . I’m blessed to be a blessing and thanks for trusting me with a responsibility to help other people

My names Luke McDermott I own a company instinctive energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warr energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warranty package and additions 8,000 a month later I needed the vehicle serviced and when I did I paid out of pocket and have been paying for what should of been covered out of pocket everytime I brought my truck in I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 years about this issue and save yourself the stress buy from someone else More

The salesman Aaron spent more time with the person he was selling the vehicle to before my appointment than he did at all with me during the sale. He went , got the vehicle, said I’ll be right back, I sat a selling the vehicle to before my appointment than he did at all with me during the sale. He went , got the vehicle, said I’ll be right back, I sat and waited, he came to get my information and my truck I wanted to trade in, then told me I could go test drive the truck by myself around the parking lot, while he went back to his other customer. Then he proceeds to be condescending in the value of my trade in, saying I don’t know how vehicle values work, and trying to get me to pay way more for the truck I was looking at. He was not very good in my opinion. I then noticed one of the FOBs for my new truck didn’t work and he said it just needed a new battery. I came back the next day to pick up the FOB and still doesn’t work… now it’s been 3 weeks since I bought the truck and no second key fob. I like the truck, but not how I was “helped” More
