I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lexus of Montgomery that I feel compelled to share. Upon returning my lease vehicle, I was treated unprofessionally, which left me feeling unfairly accused of Montgomery that I feel compelled to share. Upon returning my lease vehicle, I was treated unprofessionally, which left me feeling unfairly accused and frustrated. Instead of a seamless process, I faced a situation where the dealership implied I had taken the vehicle back, despite having dropped it off at their location. This was particularly distressing, as they had acknowledged the vehicle was in their custody. To make matters worse, they misplaced the vehicle and seemed completely oblivious to what had happened. When the vehicle was eventually found, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mishandling that had occurred. This lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing. Given this negative experience, I cannot recommend Lexus of Montgomery and will not be returning for future business. More
