PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership and I was very impressed. While doing the detail work they discovered a problem on their own and ordered the parts to repair it. It took a little longer due to the holidays, but I'm very appreciative. I know many dealerships would have closed their eyes to the situation. My salesman was Stan and he was great. It was an extremely comfortable atmosphere and there was no pressure whatsoever. I was in a rental and even at 8:00 at night Stan was prepared to drive my new purchase to Mt. Juliet for me. Of course, I felt that would be taking advantage of him so I picked it up the next day. Then there was Ali in Finance. He worked hard to get the interest rate I needed. Neither of them sugar coated anything, They just said it like it is on every aspect. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return. More

Great People I went in on Saturday looking for a new vehicle and walked out tonight with a great car! After I found out who the car was financed thru I was a little scared after reading the reviews but only time will tell when it comes to the finance company. Also I notice the tire pressure low and the key battery was low to the car when we left. Overall I believe we were treated great and fair.
