I leased a vehicle on 5/27/23 and was promised $1,000 back in 1-2 months tops for making the deal, as of today I am still looking for a check to be cut. The reason I got for not getting my check cut was back in 1-2 months tops for making the deal, as of today I am still looking for a check to be cut. The reason I got for not getting my check cut was because they haven't received the title for my trade in as of yet, DMV states it was mailed on 6/22/23. No one seems to be able to give me an update about how they are going to move forward to obtain this title which can be as simple as requesting a duplicate or even perhaps someone physically going and getting one from the DMV. This could be an isolate experience but none the less it has been a horrible one for me. I will post another update next week if I seem to be in the same predicament. More

Purchased a 2023 MX-5 Miata Club. Josue Montoya was my sales associate and he was fantastic from start to finish. I had to special order the car that I wanted and Josue was with me throughout the entire process. When the car arrived, he called me to set up a time to pick it up and work through the final sales details. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was in the front spot in the lot with a giant red ribbon on the hood of the car. It was a great touch to finish off a great car buying experience. The entire staff including AK Khalil and Kareem in finance were super friendly, professional, and helpful! More

We have been working with Kenny F on the sales side for the past three years, and he has treated us like family; we feel so special every time we walk into the dealership. We were nervous about switching from the generation 1 CX-5s to generation 2. Still, Kenny took all the time in the world to walk us through all the mechanical, design, and safety updates in the vehicle to comfort us on the quality we would experience. The management team of Ahmed and Jorge are brilliant; they maintain a great group of employees and provide a competitive yet fair rate on all their vehicles. The employees of this dealership maintain a high level of consistency in service, from the car buying experience to every oil change and service appointment you book. Mazda vehicles last forever (we are at 216k+ miles on our 2014 CX-5), and they keep improving yearly by introducing new models and special editions. Most dealerships will forget about you once you purchase the car, but DeMontrond stays connected with each owner throughout the vehicle ownership period and beyond. I am looking to buy a new car. And I get the market is currently in the dealers favor. But I have NEVER met a dealer that would not negotiate at all on a price with the exception of Carmax who outwardly currently in the dealers favor. But I have NEVER met a dealer that would not negotiate at all on a price with the exception of Carmax who outwardly displays it. I wanted a car that was coming in the dealership in about a month. It does not have any add ons yet as it has just made it to port. The manager (AK) came back with a price that was 382 more than I wanted to pay for a 45000 car. I told the dealer that if he could make it walk out for 45000, which is what I have for my current agreement that I have a deposit on, then I would gladly put a deposit down on it same day. He refused to even budge a bit. They added on nearly 1500 dollars worth of add ons. I was just asking for a reduction of 382. I don't think it was an unreasonable offer. But they would not budge. Well.... they are not the only dealer in the area that sells Mazdas. I will buy it from a company that is willing to negotiate a little. I will not be buying from this dealer. Not only that, but I emailed over a week ago to find out the cost and the availability on some parts for the car I do have a deposit on. And they have yet to get back with me. I asked the dealer (Chris) when the car I was looking for was coming in and he refused to tell me until I gave him my phone number. Since I refused to give him my phone number, he hung up on me. How rude! So... if you like to deal with dealers who are rude and feel that since the the economy is rough, they can just charge what ever...... then by all means, patronize this dealership. But if you want a fair dealer that is willing to negotiate a little.... and is respectful.... and actually answers questions..... Look elsewhere because you wont find that here. More

I could say so many things, but I'll keep it short, sales is horrible, apparently they are always right and the customer is always wrong and doesn't know what they're talking about. They need training in customer service and communication, such a horrible experience they're only nice when they want you to buy a car then when you sign papers they could care less about you. If you're looking for honesty and good customer service avoid this place at all costs! More
