I bought an F150 listed on the internet. AJ was very quick to respond to my questions via phone, text and email. Even with dealer fees and add ons, the OTD price was transparent and thousa AJ was very quick to respond to my questions via phone, text and email. I live 2 1/2 hours away and they delivered the truck at no extra charge. I would definitely buy a vehicle again from Ford of Columbia. More

Bought a truck and after lots of problems with the screen after many trials they asked to trade because they could not fix it so I did and not very happy because lost money there. So after a couple of months after many trials they asked to trade because they could not fix it so I did and not very happy because lost money there. So after a couple of months went to a GMC dealer here in Columbia and trade it. Went back to Ford Of Columbia to get my money back from some extended warranty and gap and services didn’t want and didn’t know I had. Provided payoff, milage of the trade and everything they asked because I know they are just extending time and now they are giving me the runnaround to give me my money. I hope people is aware of this extended warranty they sell is not honest. More
