I ended up purchasing a Sonata SEL, and he made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision every step of the way. From the start, he was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I understood everything. He didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything, which I really appreciated. More

I efficient, and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to test drive several vehicles, and each visit to the sales floor was met with a friendly greeting. I received a fair trade-in value for my vehicle, and all details were clearly explained before signing. AJ’s calm and easygoing approach made the experience relaxed and pressure-free. I feel I received a good deal and am very happy with my purchase. For areas of improvement, while the vehicle was cleaned, some details were missed—there were still food particles on the carpet and sticker residue on the window that I needed to remove myself. The car also did not include a full (or even half) tank of gas, and it would have been appreciated to leave the lot with more than 20 miles in the tank. Additionally, a brief tutorial on the vehicle’s features would have been helpful. Even offering an optional 10-minute walkthrough for setup and key functions would enhance the experience. Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would absolutely recommend working with this great team. More

They stayed late to make sure every detail was completed so we could drive home the same night—something I really appreciate after such a long trip. The staff made the whole process smooth and transparent. They worked with me to pay off my previous vehicle and set up a lease deal that I’m extremely happy with. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Thank you to Jarvis, AJ, & Sid and everyone who helped make this such an easy, positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Hyundai of Columbia to anyone looking for great service and a great deal. More
