I am the son of a Baptist minister and born in Massachusetts. My family moved around quite a bit growing up, including stops in Rhode Island, North Carolina, Virginia, Illinois and Ohio. I'm a big motorcycle enthusiast and own a purple Harley Davidson Street Glide. I am an avid reader of nonfiction and history. Enjoy checking out new local restaurants. In addition to working in the auto industry, my career includes training dogs, and custom homes, custom men's clothing, women's shoes and medical equipment sales. I have a collection of fine cowboy boots - 11 are custom made - as well as more than 40 hats in a variety of styles. I enjoy dark chocolate from time to time. Treated with respect by Dennis Fritz, A.C. Carter, Darrell Havener Short and sweet. Bought a used 2017 Ford Taurus from AC Carter at Krieger Ford. Treated with respect by very helpful and these three friendly folks. Made the experience fun. They fixed the car up so it was in perfect working condition after carefully listening to my concerns, especially Dennis Fritz. Two years later my doorpost keypad flew off as I was driving on the highway. I went back to speak with Dennis because I was impressed by his commitment during the original purchase. When I explained my problem to him he replied that's not right and he offered to fix it. Immediately he took me to meet Darrell Havener/Auto Body Mgr. Together the 3 of put a plan in action and ordered the part. When I showed up for the appt. I left all set in less than an hour. These guys don't fool around and I've never praised a used car salesman or car dealer in my entire 75 year life. They forever changed my impression about buying a pre-owned car. Allen is the best! He takes his time explaining every car that we look at. So far my daughter bought one car my son-n-law two cars, granddaughter one car and my grandson one car.
