just kept dropping the ball.. they were quick to contact me when I showed interest in a vehicle and made the test drive easy and friendly. My salesman, Ross was great! Would buy a car from him anytime.
It was the dealership that had continued disappointing me. I saw the vehicle advertised on-line at a price $28,110. Screenshotted this and made an appointment to come drive. When sitting down to make a deal I’m given a paper that states the price is over $33,000 and that it was an AI mistake and they cannot honor the price I saw advertised. Therefore, I leave. Within 10 minutes of leaving dealer calls me attempting to “deal.” After well over 6 phone calls that day and several text exchanges on into the next day, they decide to honor the price they listed. FRUSTRATING to spend so much time hassling back and forth. But I let it go because the ease of coming in and signing the paperwork and getting back out the door was effortless.
Excited to have my new vehicle, I quickly notice driving on the highway there is vibration and shaking in my steering. I stop by a family-friend’s mechanic shop and he points out that I have 3 different brand tires. (I was told when buying this vehicle & it was advertised to have all new tires). I reach out about the dealer correcting this issue, I never get an answer. Driving as much as I do, something had to be done. So I go and buy 4 all brand new tires for this vehicle. One of the “new” tires they take off was stamped with a manufacturer date of 2010!! This vehicle is a 2020! FRUSTRATING, again! And if that is not enough….. my temporary plate placed in the vehicle by the dealer in February is approaching expiration and I have received zero information in the mail as far as title or registration like I was told I would be. Now I have sat on hold with the dealership for over 30 minutes for 3 days straight and also left voicemails receiving no answers nor call backs. Incredibly frustrated and highly disappointed with this experience.

buying a vehicle until dealing with Glenn's Freedom Dodge. We bought a truck on October 14th. The engine light came on within miles of the dealership. We have been asking since day 2 of ownership to return it after finding out it has serious transmission issues. They have ignored our calls, haven't called back when we've left messages and one of the sales managers that did answer hung up on us when we told him we wanted to return the truck. We are now in the third week of owning this lemon and it has been at our local dealer (in TN) 2 times for a total of two weeks out of three we've owned it. Our local dealer told us yesterday the transmission is shot Today I got a rude message from the general manager saying they will not be rescinding the deal nor refunding any monies even after finding out the transmission is shot. Our salesman lied to us when he told us the truck was in immaculate condition. The finance manager lied to us when I asked him if we were paying for the GAP insurance that he was talking about. Not only did they tack the insurance onto our loan but a total of $6,490 of useless charges were put in there. They charged us $200 for a year of oil changes and we are 3 hours away. These people are anything but honest taking advantage of hard working people. This is the nicest most expensive thing we have ever bought and we can't even drive it. He traded in his only vehicle for this one so now he doesn't have anything to drive. He asked the salesman when we put it in the shop the first time if they could get him a rental and he said no. I wished I had looked up all the bad reviews on this place before purchasing from them.

We have had no luck dealing with anyone there. They ignored our phone calls, voicemails and text messages the first week. He finally spoke to someone named Steve and when he told him we wanted to return it (obviously a truck with a bad transmission is useless to us) he hung up on him. The salesman was no help, Seth the manager wasn't any help and the general manager Tom Cecil wasn't any help either. I'm sure you do not understand my frustration. He traded in his only vehicle and now he doesn't have one so you're not having to get up at 3:00am to take him to work and work over an hour so that he has a way home. Frustrated doesn't begin to cover it. We have been told that y'all can't take the vehicle back. I'm sure they don't want it back because it is obviously a piece a crap. They would rather it be our piece of crap vs their piece of crap. We have had it now for 4 weeks and it has been at our local dealer for three weeks and is still there now. The only person that has been any help is the lady at our local dealer, Wilson County Chevrolet. She's been handling everything including the warranty company. She couldn't even get y'all to contact her back about that. She had to contact us to get the warranty information to try to get something done.

Hi Linda,
I want to extend my sincere appreciation for taking the time to discuss your concerns with us. It's disheartening to hear that, despite our best efforts to find a resolution, your experience has left you dissatisfied. Your patience throughout this process is truly valued, and I want to assure you that we never shy away from helping our clients. I understand the frustration caused by the delays related to the warranty company, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Unfortunately, the external handling of these processes limits our ability to expedite them. Nevertheless, we are fully committed to ensuring that all necessary repairs are covered and completed without any cost to you.
Our aim is to move forward with your complete satisfaction in mind, and we are here to address any further concerns or queries you may have. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to work towards a positive resolution.
Best,

We have been asking since day 1 to cancel this sale. We have spoken to our finance company and they say a dealer can do a flat cancel and void a sale in this situation despite Freedom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram telling us they can't take it back. This truck should have never been on a dealer lot for sale. It has had 72 codes deleted from it and the transmission is shot. I would expect this kind of service if we had bought it from a cheap shady used car lot but certainly not the kind of service that one expects when buying from a dealer.

I worked with David Lyons in the service department.
He was welcoming and friendly. Let me know what services would need to be done on my vehicle next and went ahead and priced those for me.
