William May is a dishonorable person and will lie to your face and on the phone. I called about a truck and had a prequalification from my bank, he did not link up my information with the bank and just ran face and on the phone. I called about a truck and had a prequalification from my bank, he did not link up my information with the bank and just ran my credit anyway which put a hard inquiry on my credit report which this should had not happened. Also told me the bank said no and that is not what my bank states. This review has nothing to do with the dealership it is all William May. My mom also bought a car from him several years ago and stated she was having seconds thoughts and his comment to her I can't believe I wasted my time fulling with you if you are going to change your mind. He explains the different brands available for the aftermarket parts and gives his opinion on which one would best fit your needs. William took the time to show me a new bed cover that is far better than the one I had on my previous truck so I could see how it worked and make a decision based on my needs. Tut Edwards in finance was friendly, informative and thoroughly went over the financing of my new truck. He explained the different options for the warranty and then allowed me to decided which options I wanted for warranty.
