My family bought our last 3 vehicles from Marisa Thompson so when we went to see about purchasing a new vehicle we asked for her! She set us with William May. I was super picky about colors and options and needed to stay within a price range that worked for our new little family. They were both extremely helpful and patient and I swear they both did magic to get us into our new car. The found us the perfect car. Freddie did our financing and made the whole experience a piece of cake. He was easy to talk to and explained everything wonderfully. We really can't thank Five Star, William, Marisa and Freddie enough for being so patient, and understanding of what we were wanting and working with us to get us into our perfect family car. They were exceptional! We are now EXCITED owners of a 2016 Ford Explorer- we will continue to go back to Five Star Ford any time we need a new vehicle :) More

In a very short time, he changed my opinion of car salesmen. He was knowledgeable, forthcoming with answers to my questions, and understood what I was wanting in merchandise and finances. I would tell him what we wanted, and he would work out solutions to accomplish it. He comes across as genuine and sincere. Got what we wanted, and in the parameters of what we had planned to give for it. When we purchase our next vehicle, will seek William May out to sell it to us. Fniance man Anthony Snyder was a pleasure to work with. It was late, we were tired, and just wanted to take our new car home. Was able to purchase brand new 2015 car within 2 hours from the moment I drove on to the lot, to all paperwork completed leaving with new car, that's including the substantial amount of time I spent debating the purchase and deal. Had a long time friend who worked at another Ford dealership with an extremely great deal on car I was looking for. More or Less on a whim I went into Five Star to see if they would match price not expecting much at all, even possibly to be blown off especially since it was about closing time when I arrived. Not only did they match the price for exact same vehicle they beat it. Then to get me to purchase right then and there they were willing to give me a few hundred dollars in additional discounts. William May(sales) and Anthony Snyder(financing) were impressively helpful. They were knowledgeable, quick, kind , and I believe sincere. Like I stated before the process was very quick and no high pressure tactics were used. They were not offended or pushy when I turned down additional add on like clear coat etc. They went above and beyond in helping me even after the purchase was complete the next day helping me with a few other issues I had. I thought I would also mention next day when I came up to dealership Cameron Marsh another salesman helped me while William May was on a lunch break (which he rushed and cut short to get to the dealership to assist me) even though he knew a sale had already been made and also through another salesman he was courtesy and helpful. I could go on and on but overall excellent customer service and excellent experience at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills More
