William May was hands down the best car dealer I have ever worked with. He didn’t beat around the bush, he never tried to talk down to me me like other local dealers have, I know my stuff and he does to ever worked with. He was very straightforward, efficient and quick with responding to questions or concerns I had. I travel for work so my main form of commutation is texting or email and he was on top of it! I never waited more than 5 minutes for a response from him. On top of all that, I am very new to the Dallas area and while the car was being detailed he opened up google maps and told me all the great spots I needed to check out around town and truly made me feel so welcome to the Dallas area! He appreciates my time and I appreciate that, as the purchase process takes long enough as it is. Any Fords I purchase in the future will be with William May as long as he hasn't retired. The "Tut Experience" with Tut Edwards in the finance office was great as well. Very personable and willing to cut it up with buyers and make the end of the purchasing process bearable with some lightheartedness. He's good at upselling things such as extended warranties and other coverages and willing to work with the buyer on those. I wouldn't mind working with Tut on every purchase moving forward as well. More
