I was extremely happy the service and attention i received throughout the process from William. I have purchased many cars over the years. By far the experience has been so much easier since I found Five Star in NRH. The most important thing to me in the car buying experience is price. For my last 3 vehicles, no one could beat the prices at this dealership. Prior to shopping at Five Star NRH, My belief was you either got great, professional service, OR you went somewhere else and got a good price. After quickly checking my credit and also getting a quote for my old vehicle, we went out to the lot and I picked out a new Ford Focus. After a test drive, William handed me over to David Hill, their finance man, so that I could sign off on all the paperwork. Afterwards, William explained the service I would receive from the dealership, and he sync'd my smartphone contacts and music with the car's system. The whole process was a breeze ... and then I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Focus! I would whole-heartedly recommend Five Star Ford if you're thinking of a new vehicle ... and also recommend William May! More

We talked about the selection process we faced and that there were still several days yet before funds would be available that would allow us the needed flexibility in making the purchase decision. We maintained contact with Willian for several days and returned to the dealership the on Wednesday and arranged to purchase a new F-150 to replace a well used 1999 model. Lee Clanton, Internet sales manager, is amazing to work with. There is no waiting game or pressure, and if you call him beforehand he tries to have everything ready for you when you walk in the door. Every time I go to this dealership I am in and out so fast and they always work with me on financing, even when I think it is going to be impossible. Last night I leased my third car from this dealership. I had an even more amazing time here because this time around not only did Lee go out of his way to help me but so did Mark Lancaster. Mark works in leasing and is great to work with as well and made the leasing process easy. The finance manager, Anthony Snyder, is hilarious and makes the paperwork process not so tedious. When I was ready to leave the dealership I also received tips and training on all the features of the car from William May. William went out of his way and setup and synced my phone to the car, as well as setting up everything digital in the car. This dealership is amazing and makes car buying so fast and easy! More
