I ended up in a fully loaded Ford Escape and my husband purchased an F-150 4x4 Texas Edition. We love our vehicles, and we love the way we were treated from start to finish. We love our new vehicles! First car buyer. It was my first experience ever buying a car. I had no idea what to expect, as I approached the inside, I told them my reasoning of being there and I It was my first experience ever buying a car. I had no idea what to expect, as I approached the inside, I told them my reasoning of being there and I was helped immediately by William May. After explaining alll my needs for car, we had to see if I was approved to buy a new car, being as young as I am. During the whole process I was always reassured everything would be ok and that we could always figure out what my next steps would be if I were denied. I was very comfortable throughout everything. After a short while it come to be in was approved for the car I wanted! I was so excited and in need at the time. Thanks to William May for making this possible! I am completely 100% satisfied with my car and my sales representative! More

Purchased a 2017 F-350 Superduty DRW I visited Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Tx a week ago on Labor Day 2017 looking for a 2017 Superduty dually 4x4. I was initially greeted by I visited Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, Tx a week ago on Labor Day 2017 looking for a 2017 Superduty dually 4x4. I was initially greeted by the Sales Manager Rick Dike who was helping another customer, so he said he would send someone out to help me. Mr. William May came outside, and I introduced myself, shook his hand, and I told him what I was in the market for. He said "well let's go inside and look at the computer". I then asked if we could just walk down further on the lot so I could look at the Super Duty's that were clearly visible on the lot. Mr. May's response was "you can, I'll be inside".... I was totally shocked at his response and just said "ok". At that point I contemplated leaving because I could not understand for the life of me why a "salesman" would refuse to walk the lot with a new customer who specifically asked to view the on-hand inventory. I'm a visual person, I like to see and feel whatever I'm going to spend my hard earned money on. I decided to walk the lot by myself, and was pleasantly greeted by another Salesman Mr. Diron Lintz. I decided to stay and tell Rick what I experienced with William, and Rick expressed his sincere apologies, and took very good care of me from that moment forward. He set me up with Diron, who was the perfect salesman the entire transaction. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service I received from that point on, even with Anthony Snyder in Finance, and MM Ross (Finance Mgr.). Needless to say, I purchased a new 2017 F-350 Lariat Dually 4x4 that day! Mr. Willilam May definitely missed out on a good sale!! I would recommend this dealership. More

Was able to explain the differences between the mustangs I was interested in. Felt very genuine and not just trying to sell another car.
