I had the absolute pleasure of working with William May (sales) and Elbert "Tut" Edwards (finance). I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific truck, but with my luck it had sold the day before. No problem, he already had another comparable truck ready to go when I got there. The sales process was unbelievably smooth. I had been preparing for a week expecting this to be a long and unbearable process, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was quick, he was straightforward and actually worked with me and answered all my questions professionally. I would highly recommend William May to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. I didn't choose "Tut", but man are we lucky we got him. You should absolutely request him when you start the finance process. You can not go wrong with him. He made everything feel so laid back and comfortable. He gave us all the options but didn't push us or make us feel uncomfortable to say no when we didn't want certain options.
