Very comfortable experience Doing a search for a car on Cars.com, I found one at Five star Ford, so I requested some information about it. Sam Limo responded to my request, and we arranged for me to come in to check it out. I worked some with Sam and also with Wayne Biggers. They were both very helpful and accommodating, never applying any pressure whatsoever. After I had committed to buy it, they ran it through the shop to make sure everything was OK. Well, they found a couple of things that needed to be taken care of, and they took care of them, before they would let me take the car. They could have let them slide by, but they didn't. You can count me as a happy customer. More

From beginning to now, I am very satisfied with my vehicle as I learn more and more about it daily. A very sad situation, the death of my baby brother on June 11th was the cause of visit to service looking for a rental. Instead, my old vehicle malfunctioned causing it to become disabled approximately 10 miles before getting to the dealership. This changed the whole situation. We were able to drive in slowly. Arrangements made with service for a rental but HOLY SPIRIT lead me to go inside the dealership to speak with Wayne Biggers, my sales person. Told him what was happening in my family and the situation with the car. Wayne immediately began to look into my situation. to my surprise after talking with a gentleman in finance, they asked me to wait in the lobby for a few minutes. Shortly after that Wayne began to say everything is going toe fine. that I am alright.. Soon after, I filled out a form and the test driving began. My grandson and I were speechless because I did not leave home expecting to drive back home in a new vehicle. Bob Little was so kind and understanding. So was the same with Jimmie Matthews showing us features on the vehicle, answering our questions and demonstrating how to operate the features. To GOD be Glory! More

I am one of th I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse from your dealership and wanted to let you know about my experience at your dealership. I am one of those buyers that purchases a new car every 2 years and have never received the great customer service that I did from your dealership. The last vehicle we purchased was from Bankston Ford and the buying experience was a nightmare. We spent 6 hours at the dealership and when we got to finance the numbers that the salesperson gave us were not the same as the numbers they had in finance. So as you can imagine I was dreading going to a dealer to make my next purchase. Our sales person was Wayne Biggers. He didn’t pressure sale us, for a matter of fact he did the opposite. He made the comment several time “the decision was up to us.” After the test drive we sat down with Wayne to go over the numbers. He told us from the very beginning that he would work with us the best he could and that this dealership wouldn’t mess us around. Honestly I thought it was too good to be true. Keep in mind, I usually buy cars from the “normal” dealerships you know the ones that write everything down on one of those papers with 4 squares that are designed to completely confuse the consumer and then periodically disappears to discuss the amount with some person you never get to meet. To my surprise Wayne never used one of those dreaded “four square” papers, Wayne was telling the truth. He was very straight forward with us and never tried to confuse us, he kept it simple. We even had a prior bank approval but we took Wayne’s advice and went through your finance department which gave us an even lower interest rate. When we went to finance, we continued to question this almost “too good to be true experience.” Once again Five Star Ford exceeded our expectations. The numbers were EXACTLY what Wayne told us down to the penny. Even the finance person didn’t try to pressure sale us. He gave us the facts, told us the pros and cons and let us make the decision. I am so happy to finally have a dealership that truly puts their customers first. I am sure this will be the first of many purchases we will make with Five Star Ford.
