Exceptional Service Department!!!!!!! I took my 2015 Mustang in for service & it ran as smooth as silk. They addressed all the issues that my vehicle was in for & corrected all of them (in I took my 2015 Mustang in for service & it ran as smooth as silk. While they had my car they provided me with a loaner vehicle which made the whole process even easier. Crystal G. (my service advisor) & all the techs that worked on it were FANTASTIC!! Dropping the car off & picking it up went off without a hitch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service department to anyone looking for a place to have work done to their vehicle. He worked on my car like it was his own. He was pleasant / friendly & extremely talented at his craft. It was obvious to me he truly enjoyed & took pride in his work. That is rarely seen today & very much appreciated by me. His only concern was my TOTAL SATISFACTION - he stated a number of times that he wanted me completely satisfied with the window tinting on my car & would do whatever it takes to make sure that was the case. I will be bringing a 2nd car to have him tint it's windows. I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to have their car's window tinted. If this is the way your service techs are you have a GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! More
