Best sales staff in the business Arrived at the designated time that I had set up with my salesman Luis Crespo. In a matter of about an hour and a half I was out the door with my new Arrived at the designated time that I had set up with my salesman Luis Crespo. In a matter of about an hour and a half I was out the door with my new car purchase. What a pleasure to deal with Luis and Tom Reinard, two of the best people at your dealership. I think this was my ninth purchase and probably the best ever. I you ever lose Luis or Tom I will probably shop elsewhere as I know you will never be able to replace the professionalism and care they take to make sure the buyer has a fantastic buying experience. Bad internet sale 8 minutes ago Never ever buy a car from this dealership over the internet. Saw a Porsche Panamera that I liked at the dealership. $80,000.00 plus. 8 minutes ago Never ever buy a car from this dealership over the internet. Saw a Porsche Panamera that I liked at the dealership. $80,000.00 plus. Beautiful car!! Worked with a kid named Zach and he informed me the car had been serviced by the Porsche dealership. He even drove the car. I take possession of the car and the very first thing I notice is the “service engine” light is on. These service lights will not go off unless the car is serviced by a Porsche dealership that turns the light off. With that said I immediately call Zach and tell him that it was on. . Zach of course answers by saying “ we had it serviced”. That didn’t help. I took the car to Porsche dealership to Springfield mo and they informed me it needed additional service and Their was 2 recalls on the vehicle. It ended up costing me $1,068.00 to get it serviced. Now I haven’t even had the car for a week. I call the dealership and send the paid invoice to the ford dealership hoping to get some compensation. They turn the situation over to a manager named TOM. Tom informs me that he will get to the bottom of the situation. ( ok I just explained it to him) Informs me that he will get some of the money reimbursed back to me. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS HE NEVER FOLLOWS UP WITH ME!!!!! Typical car dealership no fu##ing service after the sale. Bottom line don’t deal with TOM or this ford dealership unless you’re physically there. Or maybe don’t deal with them at all. Common sense would say “ hey this guy just bought an $80,000 car maybe we need to do something” not these clowns they are too classless to follow up. I was accurately thinking of getting my wife a food navigator from these clowns!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT!!!! More

Excellent customer service! It's clear that Ryan , and Bozard make customer service a priority. I drove 280 miles and was not disappointed with the service nor the deal.
