Oil change Last Wednesday I brought my Ford Edge to the Quick Lane for a regular oil change. I had a mail coupon for $29.99 which I presented to the service asso Last Wednesday I brought my Ford Edge to the Quick Lane for a regular oil change. I had a mail coupon for $29.99 which I presented to the service associate, Sonya. I ordered the Works package and tire rotation. It took over an hour and when I received the bill, I was charged the full price, $59.99 for both things. I did not check the bill at the counter and just handed my card to Sonya because one of my children was having a meltdown. When I looked over the invoice at the car, I noticed that the coupon was not applied. I called and the person I spoke with assured me that she would give Sonya my number and she would return my call so we could resolve my billing issue. Three hours later and no call, so I decided to call back and spoke to another person. Mary, who informed me that Sonya was gone for the day; however, she looked over my invoice and informed me that my coupons were not applied and I would need to call back AGAIN the next morning and speak to the manager to get my billing issues fixed. Plus, she also told me that the prices went up and that I will be given just $10 off my bill. I did not call back because I believe at this point it is excessive to call the place 3 times to resolve such a simple issue, plus I can get my oil changed for $50 in the place right down the street form Bozard without 1.5 hour wait. We purchased 2 vehicles from Bozard, but this incident left a very bitter taste in my mouth. More
