From the General Manager Joshua Fichter, Sales Rick Dike, Jeff Smith, Finance David Hill, After Market Sam and William, and the Service and Parts Department. Every visit is like visiting family and friends. The very best deal possible without all the back and fourth haggling over my trade value and their price, etc., etc. Working with and doing business with Five Star Ford, North Richland Hills couldn't be easier and more pleasant. First of all, I love the F250 I purchased. Couldn't be happier with the product! I understand that the supply chain impacted everyone so I have taken that into account since I ordered the truck back in A happier with the product! I do not live in Texas so I relied on Rick Dike to keep me updated, but I had to harass him to get information. I finally went to Ford Enthusiasts Forum and found a way to track my truck myself. No help from 5 Star Ford. Once the truck was on its way, NOBODY would tell me the final figures. I would send emails and get nothing. I guess if you live out of state, you don't rate their time. I was told there would be "no additional fees". Not true. I was hit with a $150 "Documentation fee" and a $160 state registration fee through DMVNationwide, which they use to register your vehicle. Well it has been 3 weeks now and my state STILL does not show that they have received the registration forms after paying all the fees at the time of delivery. When I called "5 Star", I was told they were waiting on information FROM ME! WHO KNEW?! I didn't, so I provided the information that day (a week ago) and there is STILL no record of the registration. So I guess the lesson here is, don't buy from this dealership is you live out of state. The price was great and the product was great but the follow up and communication was VERY poor. Maybe I'm the exception based on other reviews but this is what I experienced. More

Everyone was helpful and nice. Rick Dike found us our car during these challenging times. I appreciated the dealership not adding adding unwanted items that raise the price or premiums onto the sticker price during these challenging times. Whole experience was one of the easiest and stress free ones I have had in buying a car. Thanks to Rick I got the Bronco we wanted and was out in just over an hour.
