I have avoided buying a new car since 2003 because I hate the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales manage the "waiting game".,, you know- the old game where you sit in the salesmans office and wait while he runs back and forth from you to the sales managers office. And most of the time while the salesman is supposed to haggling for your best deal, he is actually shooting the breeze with the boss while you sweat. This was not the case with Five Star Ford NRH. I had discussed my situation and needs at length with Jerry Reynolds "the Car Pro" and he recommended that I contact Terry Rich. Terry hooked me up with Rick Dikes who was a breath of fresh air. Two phone calls and Rick gave me a quote that was $1500 lower than my best deal that I could find. I tried to haggle and he brought in the incentives that I was unaware of. My wife had already picked out the car she wanted and all we had to do was go for a test drive and sign papers. It took longer for the computer guru to teach us the "synch" than it did for us to buy the car- which was 4K below the sticker.
