From the first phone call to my vist at the dealership everyone was friendly and helpful. Lee Clayton did a great job of handling the paper work and getting me to finance quickly. Had met Rick Dike years ago, through my son who sold cars at 5 Star. I live 330 miles away in Amarillo. I ordered my Mustang over the phone from Rick. He notified me as the delivery date changed. On Feb. at 5 Star. I live 330 miles away in Amarillo. I ordered my Mustang over the phone from Rick. He notified me as the delivery date changed. On Feb. 19, Rick texted to say it was on a train passing through Mineola, Tx. Made plans to fly down the 23rd. Bought no refund ticket. RR pushed delivery from 22nd to 25th! Rick made arrangements to pick car up at RR yard on the 22nd. I picked up car on the 23rd! More

My wife and I have been buying cars from Rick Dike since 1995. As a matter of fact we just purchased our 9th and 10th vehicles from him. My experience buying a new Ford F-150 was outstanding. I was referred to Five Star Ford by Jerry Reynolds, and he assured me that the experience would be straightforward and first-class. It was exactly tha was referred to Five Star Ford by Jerry Reynolds, and he assured me that the experience would be straightforward and first-class. It was exactly that. Even though Rick Dike was in the middle of a busy day and I walked into the dealership without a formal appointment, he nevertheless made me feel as though I was his only client for the afternoon. He coordinated the test drive, we discussed options and cost, the truck I wanted was available on the lot, he coordinated my trade in, and I left with a new truck and the feeling that I had received outstanding customer service. I have to specifically also mention Bob Little, who handled financial paperwork with terrific efficiency and a kind demeanor. And Kolynn Smith was fantastic as he spent a lot of time helping introduce me to the truck features and reviewing the complexities of the SYNC system and navigation system as well as general tips and tricks for using the new truck. If it is possible for me to do so, I will purchase my next car at this dealership, and I will ask for these men by name! A great day, a great truck, and a great experience. More
