Car Pro and Rick deliver I chose to visit 5 Star North Richland Hills because of the Car Pro. Sent message through Car Pro Friday night and got a response early Saturday morni I chose to visit 5 Star North Richland Hills because of the Car Pro. Sent message through Car Pro Friday night and got a response early Saturday morning. Arrived at 5 Star at 9 am and Rick had the keys to the Mustang we were interested in with him. Drove out of dealership a few hours later in a new Mustang at a great deal. I have never felt more comfortable at a dealership than this Ford dealer. I know I got special attention for being referred by Jerry Reynolds; however I have talked to two people who told me they had great service without going through Car Pro. Brieanna was also a great help and gave us a great overview of our new car. More

Excellent experience I have never owned a Ford until today. After the service I received and the amount of work done on my behalf, I will be a customer of Five Star Ford I have never owned a Ford until today. Rick Dike treated me and my wife like we were old friends, even though he was only recently referred to me from a good friend that has work with Rick on several occasions. Five Star Ford Lived up to Reputation and Expectations We've been customers of Five Star Ford for 14 years.Needing to replace our 2005 Super Duty King Ranch, we went there to meet Rick Dike who had corresp We've been customers of Five Star Ford for 14 years.Needing to replace our 2005 Super Duty King Ranch, we went there to meet Rick Dike who had corresponded with us online ahead of our visit. He already had the exact truck we wanted ready to drive. After our test drive Rick showed us all the numbers behind the total price, including the trade-in. (Because the 2005 was already in the service department he had been able to appraise it ahead of our visit.) Our visit with Bubba Smith in the finance department went quickly (and we were pleased to learn that we had mutual friends). Then we were introduced to Sync Manager Jimmie Mathews who demonstrated every bell and whistle on our new truck, answering every -and I mean every - question (technology has changed dramatically since 2005 on the Super Duty). The after-market department added a couple of options we wanted and had the truck ready on schedule with a full tank of diesel and away we went. Very nice experience. More
