Joe Vasquez assisted us in the financing of our new vehicle. He stated clearly what we were doing. This part of buying a car is usual so long and disheartening. But I can say that Five Star Ford has this part down. Joe was exceptional. Daniel Trauth assisted us in getting all the "bells and whistles" setup on the new car. He connected the cell phone, explained in detail the dashboard and the steering wheel and all the features at fingertips. Excellent customer service.
