As a Naval Sailor, I’m finishing up my assignment in Japan and preparing to come back to the states for my next assignment. I needed to have a car when I get home so I decided to get a new Bronco. My parents have been buying cars from Rick Dike for almost 30 years so when it was time for me to buy my first car I knew exactly who to call. From advise to order placement to delivery, Rick and M.I.T in finance made this process easy. M.I.T even arranged for my to sign all my contracts here in Japan by way of DocuSign. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Now, I just need to get back to the states so I can enjoy my new Bronco. More

Rick Dike was wonderful from the second he stopped to ask if my dad and I were helped yet, until the moment we drove off the lot. Since this coronavirus mess, I honestly wasn't expecting anyone to be as nice if my dad and I were helped yet, until the moment we drove off the lot. Since this coronavirus mess, I honestly wasn't expecting anyone to be as nice as he was. We have gone to several different dealerships to look for a Tundra and all of them gave me that typical pushy salesman vibe where they send at least 3 people to try to convince you to finance with their dealership no matter the condition of the vehicle. He didn't give us the vibe that he was just trying to make a sale. He was very respectful and patient. Professional from start to finish. I appreciate how he treated us and how easy he made it to get us what we wanted in a newer vehicle. More
