My wife and I are very pleased with our experience at 5 Star Ford. We were looking to replace our 2014 Ford that was damaged by the recent hail storm. When we arrived at the dealership, we found that the supply of cars that we were looking for was very limited (white Ford Escape S). Our salesman, Preston went out of his way to find us the car we wanted. He worked with the Sales manager and found it at another dealer that was over 100 miles away. They had it delivered to the dealership and ready to go the next day! The finance process was fast and painless. Tut Edwards is great to work with and I can truly say I enjoyed the Tut Experience! It make the buying process more enjoyable ! We highly recommend 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! More

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize this awesome dealership that made buying a car super easy. It started with an email to inquire about a vehicle and within a few minutes I received a phone call fr dealership that made buying a car super easy. It started with an email to inquire about a vehicle and within a few minutes I received a phone call from Preston. I informed him I live in Houston and wanted to know about the vehicle before I made the trip. He answered all my questions and within the hour I received 2 in very detail videos of the entire car. (I was very impressed). After a few back and forth negotiation phone calls my husband and I made plans to leave to Dallas from Houston at 4 am the next morning. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and welcomed. Preston was with another customer and and introduced us to Eugene. Between the 2 they were both in communication with us and kept us informed as the vehicle was not just yet ready. They offered to pay for our lunch and asked us to return in a couple of hours to give them enough time to work out the details. They both went above and beyond and my husband and I received amazing customer service. We will definitely make the drive again from Houston to Dallas just to give yall our business. Thanks for taking care of us and making us feel like family and not just another customer. More
