Resolved Ford Service Card Issue I recently brought for 2009 Ford Flex in for service at Bozard Ford. I used my Ford Service Card to pay the associated charges, which totaled more th I recently brought for 2009 Ford Flex in for service at Bozard Ford. I used my Ford Service Card to pay the associated charges, which totaled more than $1,300. For whatever reason, the expected 12 month/0% interest promo was not applied to my account. Therefore, upon receipt of my monthly statement the full amount was due. I contacted Ford Service Credit and they said I needed to contact the dealership to have the promo added to my account. Long story short, Piper went over and above to resolve an issue with Ford Service Credit to ensure I received the advertised 12 months/0% interest offer after the credit card company dropped the ball several times in trying to fix this concern. Outstanding experience for service needs I can't say enough great things about my entire experience in having my vehicle serviced at Bozard! I had been very unhappy with a prior dealership th I can't say enough great things about my entire experience in having my vehicle serviced at Bozard! I had been very unhappy with a prior dealership that was near my house and Bozard was recommended by some colleagues. I drove all the way from Jacksonville and it was worth it. Piper was my service rep and she was fantastic: warm, friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. But the most delightful surprise came from Giles. All vehicles are washed and vacuumed after service and there were some spots still on the hood. Giles took the vehicle back to take care of it and my 6-yr old Explorer came back waxed, buffed, and as shiny as the day I bought it. Wow! The pride taken by Giles in making sure the car looked great is reason enough to keep taking my car there. I was impressed by the dealership from start to finish. More

Auto Butler Application I brought my 2013 F150 in for the auto butler application to to be re applied. I was given a date and time of my choosing to have the service done. I brought it in and had the protection applied and the truck was ready in the given time range. I was called when it was completed and was very satisfied with the service results upon my arrival. It could be better The Service Department is not good enough for the big sales the dealership made, there is a huge lack of customer service knowledge in the Service Dep The Service Department is not good enough for the big sales the dealership made, there is a huge lack of customer service knowledge in the Service Department, Miss Piper and Mr. Nathan have a wrong attitude that is very , almost impossible to improve, they are used to not care about clients, most of employees don't realize that any kind of business needs customers, if not is not possible to maintain a business., however, I have noticed that the Service Department has a new manager Mr. Barry , if the upper management support his job, he can make that department to work a lot better, The Dealership general Manager, is expanding the sales area, but what about the Service?, if they sell more they need more space and better employees for the Service Department, each car they sell is going back for service, if you want to work in excellence you have to invest in all the areas that work directly with customers. I hope the next time I don't have see Miss Piper and Mr. Nathan, they can work in another area with not contact with customers. However, More

a dealer thats actually willing to make you happy I bought my chevy used from bozard ford lincon because honestly they were the most honest and willing to work with me. I had to drive 2 hours to get there and i was skeptical at first but in the end it paid off. I started my search online and Patrick was the man who got me where i needed to be at on my price. Everybody was really nice and the dealership was pretty cool they had games and snacks and salesmen walking around with good attitudes and im not talking about those fake faces most of them put on to sucker you in to the car or truck you dont want. The thing i hate most about buying a vehicle is going to the dealer and them telling you that you cant afford what you want so they waste all your time and patients trying to show you what you dont want. This is what did not happen at boazrd. I talked to my salesman Patrick Robertson and told him what i wanted, what i had to work with and he made it happen. Thanks buddy! Also i want to say thanks to Jena Thomas she filled in for Patrick and was super helpful and super nice and Rick Garcia for his help and trust he was awesome he got me in my new ride that night! Also i have to complement the service team especially Piper for helping get my truck straightened out. There were a few hiccups with my truck but i guess you could expect some here and there when buying a used vehicle but Piper got me taken care of promptly and was very nice about everything so once again thanks to all of you it was my best experience at a dealership and i would recommend these guys to anyone! More

Easy and wasted no time Had my car fixed and back in no time. Got it fixed in a timely fashion, had me a rental car quickly so I could get on, with my day. Great Customer Service - The Auto Butler team is awesome. I was recently at Bozard for my 6 month Auto Butler service. The service staff is always courteous and happy to see me. Excellent Service as always. Jeff Sparks was my service advisor, and as always he was great. I got a little frustrated waiting so long just to find out I would have to leave it fo Jeff Sparks was my service advisor, and as always he was great. strange events originally took car in so they could take photo of rubber trim around window so they could check to see if they had part......week later took car in t originally took car in so they could take photo of rubber trim around window so they could check to see if they had part......week later took car in to have rubber seal replaced and they said they had to order part which would take 3-4 days....week later no call back about part so called them and they said part was in and I scheduled appointment....day before appointment got e-mail saying my appointment was cancelled and was scheduled for current day and in fact was scheduled an hour before they sent me e-mail.....called them and they said they didn't know why my appointment was cancelled and they rescheduled my appointment for next day .......took car in and service was fine......but then next day got e-mail saying I missed my appointment and needed to reschedule it......?? She arranged a rental for me for the day and promised my car would be well taken care of. Piper delivered on her promise and exceeded my expectations once again. My car was fixed and ready to go by day end. What a valued employee Bozard Ford has!
