A Happy Service Customer When I went in for service, Marcia was a bit busy so Ms Bueno wrote up the ticket. I was impressed by the team work this demonstrated. Beyond that, Ma When I went in for service, Marcia was a bit busy so Ms Bueno wrote up the ticket. I was impressed by the team work this demonstrated. Beyond that, Marcia was her usual jubilant self and as always put in the extra effort to assure that my issues were addressed promptly and totally. Marcia also took care of a bulletin issue that I was not aware of. As I waited in the waiting area, Marcia kept me apprised of the progress of my car's service even though she was obviously very busy with other customers' issues. While I waited, I enjoyed coffee and freshly baked cookies and popcorn in a clean and neat area. What a pleasure. The service was accomplished promptly, but the wait seemed much shorter in as much as I actually enjoyed the wait due to the unexpected amenities. These types of experiences along with the total faith that I have in our salesman, Henry Rowe (we have bought 2 cars from Henry), are why we choose Bozard Ford rather than other dealers that are much closer to home. In fact we drive past or near 2 other dealerships that we have bought cars and service from in the past to get to Bozard. Not that our experiences there were bad, but Bozard is superior in our minds. Great Service Dept. My 2014 F 150 had to be towed to the dealer due to a severe gas leak. It was late at night and the tow truck driver was able to take the truck to Boza My 2014 F 150 had to be towed to the dealer due to a severe gas leak. It was late at night and the tow truck driver was able to take the truck to Bozard Ford and drop it off without me. Piper Bueno accepted the vehicle the following morning, let me know what the issue was after it was examined and let me know it would be a couple days to order the part to repair it. Piper's estimate for timing was exactly on target. They received the part on a Tuesday and repaired it that day. I was able to pick it up that evening. Jeff Sparks handled getting the truck to me. They had it repaired and washed for me. No charge per warranty. And Jeff had my neighbor's car washed that I was borrowing at no charge. Nice! It's been several days now since I got the truck back, and it was fixed perfectly. No problems. Thanks for the great service and consideration you gave us for our warranty repair. Love these guys! More

Totally Dissatisfied!!! This is the 1st Ford vehicle that I have purchased and I am not only disappointed in the vehicle but also with the service I've experienced at this de This is the 1st Ford vehicle that I have purchased and I am not only disappointed in the vehicle but also with the service I've experienced at this dealership. I have had to bring my 2015 Ford Explorer in on multiple occasions for service and a seat defect. Each time, even though I made an appointment and received email reminders of those appointments, I was still told I really didn't have an appointment??? In addition, two of the three times that I've had to take it in (always with an appointment), it literal took all day for something that should have only taken several hours. The last appointment really took the cake....1st when I called at lunch to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told I really didn't have an appointment and that it only showed that way because it was a reminder for the service rep to order the part (even though I received multiple emails reminding me of that appointment). Then during that call, Piper was to confirm that the vehicle could be completed that day and check on a rental car and call me back within 30 minutes (that was at 12:30)...I finally received a call back from Piper at 4:39 only after I had called back asking for her and was told the Service department closed at 4:00 and all of the service reps were gone. I did end up getting my vehicle back that evening, after spending the entire day in St. Augustine, only to be disappointed once again. The seat cover that was replaced due to a defect was bunched up and not tight fighting the way the rest of the seats are. I expected much more of this vehicle that is less than 1 year old, as well as the service team at this dealership! More
