I have never been anywhere where everyone treated you with respect. You would think having to go back to a dealership a few times for things would be aggravating but they made it so efficient and easy. Even the guys who smile at you in service area and opens the door for you. Excellent customer service! When I consider buying another car, I will consider just going there first because the service was so good and it is even a drive for me as I live in Orange Park. The Lincoln we bought needed some additional detailing; that was taken care of the next day and we were given a loaner car while this was attended to. Like most all auto manufacturers, Ford builds products worldwide. Our new Lincoln was built mostly in America with UAW members, and this is as important to me as the ratings and evaluations of the vehicle. More
