Getting everything fixed we bought a new mustang very good running car (ecoboost) but the body on the car was put together very poorly. Body line do not match up and front and we bought a new mustang very good running car (ecoboost) but the body on the car was put together very poorly. Body line do not match up and front and back bumpers are coming apart. Took awhile for them to understand my concern with a new car but they are trying to get it all worked out. Hope ford will do a buy back do to how the car was put together. Even if they do still like the new mustang. It's been a very bad buying experience but there are some people that likes to try to make things right. Let's hope it all works out. i will add more when they figure everything out. More

Moving to the area and vehicle was breaking down. I was moving to the area and began experiencing problems with my only transportation. With limited funds and no place to live or work yet, the people I was moving to the area and began experiencing problems with my only transportation. With limited funds and no place to live or work yet, the people at Bozards were friendly, courteous, professional and even helped me find leads for work and housing. Being stranded with one of my daughters was so stressful. I am lucky to have found Bozards when I did. My stress relief after the experience was so much less, the stress to my daughter decreased, and we were able to continue on track and find housing. The WiFi in the customer waiting area aided us immensely. Thank you very much to Piper, John, and everyone else who helped us that day. You will be in our thoughts. More

I am unable to remember the shuttle driver"s name but he was also like the two ladies, very professional and assisted me in anyway that they could think of. The price for my service was better than the other tire dealers in town. Even though this is a large operation and dealership the staff still made you feel at home and gave you a small town attention to your needs. I certainly will go back for service in the future and recomend this dealership to others. More

And last but least Airbag problem which would have costed over $500 A lemon by the extreme in my opinion.I made the decision to get out of it well the getting was good and bought a 2014 Ford Edge, Ricky Goodwin was a excellant help, To find a affordable vechile My Family has been a Bozard customer since 1951. The edge was like the 4th vechile purchased by this family in the last few years i also purchased a 2013 F-150 my father a F-150 brother F-250 , and my wife purchased two vechiles her self. the 2012 Explore and now the Edge. Under the circumstances a job well done on the finance guys and Ricky goodwin and the encouragement from piper and the young Lady and the front desk Named Stephanie. why isn't she listed on top? but i HaVE BEEN VERY LUCKY TO HAVE FRIENDS LIKE THESE WHO ACTUALLY CARED ABOUT MY PROBLEMS IN SOLVING THE GREAT LEMON PROBLEM lol WINKS.
