The next day the service adviser called and said it was fixed and it was computer issue. Since I couldn't get there before the service department closed my advisor said she would leave the key up front so I could get it when it's convenient for me. More

Untimely car problem. Our 2014 Escape developed problems on I-95 about 2 hours into a 24 hour journey to upstate NY. My dealership in Palm Bay referred me to Bozard Ford, Our 2014 Escape developed problems on I-95 about 2 hours into a 24 hour journey to upstate NY. My dealership in Palm Bay referred me to Bozard Ford, I called and spoke to Piper and was told to come right on in. Everyone was so incredibly nice and allayed our anxiety with this unexpected trip interruption. Piper had us in and out in 5 hours. In the meantime they drove us to Cracker Barrel where we had breakfast and picked us up. The lounge at Bozard and the level of expertise the employees showed us made our experience as pleasurable as could be. I wish I lived closer to Bozard because they would be my dealership of choice for service! More

I have never been so surprised how attentive this group was to my need. Prompt attention was given to me, even though, I had never visited their facility before. Not only did they get me on my way in a couple of hours, they did it with a smile and not too overpriced for an emergency stop. I appreciated them working me in and making me feel so comfortable. I found a truck on the Internet that I was interested in which was located out of town. On my way, 8 decided to stop by Bozard, and I'm glad that I did. Wes, Tom and Jesse took great care of me, and treated me with respect. I ended up purchasing there rather than traveling out of town.
