So I called the dealership the next morning where I spoke with Patrick Robertson and he confirmed the car's price. I quickly drove to their St. Augustine location later that morning. My grandson and I were met with such great hospitality and customer service. We were swiftly greeted by Mr. Robertson and he immediately retrieved the car for us to review and test drive. The car was true to its description and the price was matched to its advertised price. The paperwork was processed in a timely fashion and the financer Rick Garcia was able to obtain me a wonderful deal from the finance company. In a couple of years i do plan to buy myself another car, and I do highly believe I will purchase it through Bozard's dealership. I would recommend this dealership to all whom wants to purchase a car; by far the best auto purchasing experience I have ever had. More

Great Buying Experience! We are from Orlando and tried to work with two Ford dealers in town. One of which we have bought our last 4 Fords from. Well the vehicle we wanted w We are from Orlando and tried to work with two Ford dealers in town. One of which we have bought our last 4 Fords from. Well the vehicle we wanted was at Bozard and both Orlando dealers said they could get it for us. After going round and round with them on pricing we decided to call Bozard's Internet Sales directly and see what they could do for us. I contacted Patrick Robertson on Thursday evening and told him I had a lease to turn in and wanted to lease an Edge. In less than 10 minutes, he called back and gave me the numbers on the deal. It was better than the deals offered us in Orlando. So, it was time for a road trip to St. Augustine! Drove up on Saturday, met with Patrick and he insisted we test the vehicle first even though a deal had been struck. We did and loved it. Patrick was great! It was then off to sign the papers with A. J. Miller. He was great to deal with a great sense of humor. We encountered one little hiccup in the deal because of a mistake by being quoting numbers that would have changed the price. George Clark stepped in and said we had an agreed upon price and the dealership would honor it...problem averted! Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth the 2 hour drive from Orlando! We highly recommend Bozard to anyone considering a vehicle and will return ourselves. Thanks to all at Bozard.
